Bringing nearly four decades of collective project management experience, the DHMS team provides comprehensive project management services tailored to our client’s unique business and operational needs. Our team-oriented approach affords clients a multi-faceted view of the real estate and construction industry. DH Management Services offers an array of services to assist owners or developers transitioning seamlessly through project phases from pre-development, into pre-construction, construction and ultimately operational excellence. Serving as the owner’s representative or program manager, our team takes a holistic approach to a client’s project. We lend expert insights to help inform design, control costs, mitigate risk and deliver projects on schedule. Meet the Team
We're project managers with vast experience as field leaders and operators who care about the details - and the people doing the work. Expect straight talk, quick responses, and sleeves‑rolled‑up support.

Keith founded DH Management Services in 2019, bringing 25+ years of retail and commercial construction leadership with a strong operator’s perspective.

Brett leverages 25 years in retail operations and management to lead projects with efficiency and was promoted to Sr. Project Manager in 2024.

Todd combines experience in renovation, retail operations, and human resources to deliver construction projects with a people-first approach.

Logan grew from project lead to Associate Project Manager at DHMS, bringing hands-on experience in planning, coordination, and client relations.

Marlon brings 35+ years of expertise in sales, packaging, and manufacturing, with a strong focus on client relationships and process improvement.

Keith founded DH Management Services in 2019 after serving in various roles for Lids including District Manager in Operations, Construction Manager and Real Estate Development Board Member in his 19-year career. At Lids and prior career stops gained the knowledge of an operator in the retail sector that created a unique advantage of knowing how the build out could and/or should impact the end user (the store teams) and the customers. With twenty-five plus years of construction management experience, specializing in project management, retail and commercial construction and OSHA safety. OSHA 10 certified and continued education in all safety related matters. A proven track record of leading small box to big box commercial retail buildouts and renovations. He is honored to call Kelly his wife and best friend. Keith enjoys spending time with his four adult sons Dalton, Austin, Chase and Cody. The jewel of his eye is his Granddaughter Lainey Rose.

Brett joined the DH Management Services team as a Project Manager in 2022 after spending 25 years in multiple management roles including retail operations, buying/procurement, visual merchandising and event management. After the successful completion of multiple client projects, providing leadership and improving company efficiencies, Brett was promoted to Sr. Project Manager in December 2024. He is a proud husband to wife Nicole and father to son’s Hunter and Colbi who both serve in the U.S. Navy. In his free time Brett enjoys golfing, traveling and cooking.

Todd joined DH Management Services in 2023. Prior to coming to work at DH Management, Todd was self-employed in restoration and renovation, working with residential homeowners helping make their dreams come true. Todd attended Belmont University and Trevecca University in Nashville with an emphasis on business and human resources. Todd has vast experience in retail operations, sales leadership, and human resources. Todd has a love for the construction business and feels that project management is a collective use of his experience and education. Todd believes that the greatest opportunity any of us have is to reinvent and create both personally and professionally. Todd and his wife Stacey share 5 children and three grandchildren. Outside of the office Todd enjoys all aspects of life including woodworking, creative projects, time at the lake/beach, and game nights with his family and friends.

Logan joined DH Management Services in 2021 after graduating from Columbia State. He began his career at DH as a Project Lead in the company’s railing division, where he was responsible for managing the fabrication and installation of balcony rails on multifamily construction projects. In 2024, Logan began training as a Project Coordinator, gaining experience in project planning, team coordination, and client relations. His dedication and growth within the company led to his promotion to Associate Project Manager in May 2025. Outside of work, Logan enjoys spending time outdoors hunting, fishing, or being anywhere near the water.

Marlon is a seasoned sales and operations leader with over 35 years of experience in packaging, project management, and manufacturing.As the Territory Sales Representative at Flyover Enterprises LLC, an affiliate of the DH Management team, Marlon brings a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements.He and his wife, Ginger, have been married for 35 years and are proud parents of three young men, Mitchell, Grayson, and Garrett. Enjoys golf, hunting, and camping in his spare time.
